60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind AETERNUM. Use it daily for 60 days from the date of delivery. If your first order isn't working for you, email hi@celluralabs.com and we'll refund your first order in full. You don't need to ship anything back — keep the bottles.
How it works
- The guarantee covers your first order (one-time purchase or the first shipment of a subscription), per customer.
- Email us at hi@celluralabs.com from the email address used at checkout, with your order number.
- Refund requests must be made within 60 days of delivery.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Subscriptions
You can cancel, skip, or pause your subscription at any time — no phone calls, no hoops. Cancellations take effect immediately and stop all future charges. Charges already processed for shipments that haven't shipped yet will be refunded on request.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email hi@celluralabs.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
