Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Cost

Shipping is free on every US order — one-time purchases and subscriptions alike.

Processing and delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships.
• You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders ship automatically every 30 days, timed so your next box arrives before you run out. You can skip or reschedule an upcoming shipment any time before it's processed.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 14 days of the ship date, email hi@celluralabs.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Address changes

Need to change your shipping address? Email hi@celluralabs.com as soon as possible. We can update the address any time before the order ships.
